My First Sale - I think!

I presume this question gets asked a lot, but I am a newbie and I have scrolled through lots of pages looking for the answer.
If a sale appears in Adminder (presuming my tracking is correct), how many days does it take to get the confirmation email? I don't expect to earn much, just want some peace of mind. Also, I realize that its holiday time, so maybe I just need to be patient.

Hi Graeme

Always check the affiliate program. This is the only way to see your sales. Check for 'commissions' or 'geneology' reports for all the programs you are participating in. Likely they would also send an email when you make a sale.

Be aware that what you are tracking is NOT sales - it is hits or visits which only MAY convert to a sale.

Note for the co-op or bonus traffic program trackers are very inaccurate - off by hundreds - but again they have no way to track a sale - they are merely to track WHERE the traffic came from.

Looks like I got excited for nothing, I did have a signup from SFI yesterday. Waiting on a reply from the welcome email I sent. Not sure if it was through pips, I hope so.
