Well I wish you the best, Graham.

Along with the nicotrol inhaler which worked for me more than (longer than) anything else, I have also tried NLP, subliminal tapes, and even binaural beats. I loved them but I keep on smoking.

So bottom line is no matter what help you get, YOU have to make up YOUR mind and it sounds like you have.

I hope you mean it and I hope you make it.

Someday I will have a long chat with my mind and try to convince myself to quit.

I don't know what will kill me first, smoking or trying to quit and failing.

Go For It Graham!!!
My husband and I have halved what we smoke by no longer smoking in the house or the car and began working out 3 times a week with a trainer. We are doing it by ourselves by changing our lifestyles and cutting out one ciggie at a time and it is working. We no longer want to waste our money or our health. And trust me if I can give up anyone can, as I run a tobacconist!!! Temptation is thrown in my face all day every day but I will succeed!
