Has anyone had experience with this. Early this week I found lots of errors shown on Google Webmaster Tool indicating that some of my tags on my blog are all showing as being redirected, and Google already has them listed in another fashion. I wanted to use WP plugin (WordPress › Redirection WordPress Plugins) and even upgraded my blog to WP2.7 as this plugin works only for this version. Unfortunately the upgrade failed and I then downgraded to my old WP2.6. So now I'm stuck with this problem. The error in Google Webmaster states this: URLs not followed When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL. Help Help HTTP Error: URL: Does anyone have experience in such problem. I'm looking hard and willing to pay someone to manually redirect these urls to the right link address if the work is substantial. Peter Lee |

Peter, WP blog isn't my thing sorry. Maybe ask Jeff Houdyschell (houdy)... Here is his site: WordPress Max | WordPress Guides For The Geek Impaired Or, you can do a search for houdy and select all posts and you can PM him from there. Hope this helps, |

i.e. yoursite.com/tag/page will be 301 redirected to yoursite.com/tag/page/ Maybe that is what Google is referring to? Mike. | |
