Hey Graham,

That's awesome, and it looks great on your blog. I'm going to try it out and see if I can get more subscribers this way. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Just to let you know, I have one small issue with it and that is you are supposed to be able to add an image.

I have not been able to so far, but I have the guy who wrote the plugin working on it at the moment.

I'll let you know when it's resolved....but is is still none the less nice and easy to set up.

Hey, picture or no picture, it's still a nice plugin to have.

Hi Graham
I put this sweet little plugin on my blog a few months ago and it's working a treat.
I only have it coming up on the home page of my blog but I do know that you can actually have the optin showing on every page if you so wish.
If you click my blog below you will see it in action.
Not sure what the problem is with your image though hope you get it sorted soon
Elaine

Hi Elaine,

Just out of curiosity, what version wordpress are you using..i'm using wp2.7.1

Just wondered if that's the reason.

Hey Graham,

Took the time to setup the plugin and everything. I got an error for the picture as well, and I'm using WP version 2.7.1. Also, the plugin messed up the formatting for all my posts, so I had to disable the plugin for now. Hopefully these issues will be fixed as I would like to keep it. I also couldn't get the popup to even show up, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Wow that doesn't sound too good Alan,

Mine is now resolved....see email from Seree below.

Hi Graham,

I’ve FTP into your host and CHMOD 777 to the folder “uploads” within the folder “fasterim-optin” inside plugins folder of Wordpress.

Some web hosting required you to configure its permission before you can upload anything into your blog. (That’s CHMOD 777)

WP 2.7.1 should work without any problems as well. I’ve tested it. J

It’s working now! J

Thanks!
Seree W.

Looks like it was just a permissions thing.

Anyway......Good Luck with yours Alan......maybe if you send an email to Seree yourself, hew will fix it for you as he did mine.

Thanks for the update, Graham. I may go that route then. I have other things to do for the time being.
