A subscriber of mine lives in Giza, Egypt. They would like to open up a PayPal account, but I guess they haven't had much luck.

Anyone familiar with this area in terms of PayPal and can give some suggestions as to what to do? From the sounds of it they would also like to get started in PIPS. You don't need a PayPal account for that do you? I don't think I needed one when I started. Unless they don't have a credit card, but I don't know.

Not sure about PayPal, maybe send PayPal a support ticket with your question.

If someone joins PIPS they will need one of 4 things that I'm aware of to join

Thanks, Bill. I was certain you needed a credit card as well.

I'll let the person know, and hopefully I can get a response from PayPal regarding the issue.
