This email was sent to existing PIPS members just a little while ago:

Hi [First Name],

This is an important update.

Empower Network is relaunching itself today.

I have evaluated the new Empower Network carefully and I don't believe it is the best fit for the Plug-In Profit Site from this point forward.

I know this news will disappoint some of our members. I also know it will be celebrated by some of our members. People tend to either love or hate Empower Network...

For me, Empower Network has been a rewarding business opportunity. That said, I do have some growing concerns about it, and have decided that it will not be one of the 5 core Plug-In Profit Site income streams from this day forward.

Empower Network will be replaced by Pure Leverage in the Plug-In Profit Site system.

In case you are not aware, Pure Leverage is a division of GVO. Essentially, it is an add-on opportunity to GVO/Host Then Profit.

Pure Leverage actually provides some of the same tools as Empower Network + more. In my evaluation, Pure Leverage delivers more value for your money than Empower Network.

On top of that, Pure Leverage also pays 100% commissions and has a very attractive compensation plan. Shockingly to me, despite the enormous amount of energy I have invested in promoting Empower Network, I actually earn almost exactly the same amount of monthly residual income from Pure Leverage as I do from Empower Network right now, despite the fact that I have not up to this point directly promoted Pure Leverage.

The reason for this is because as you promote GVO/Host Then Profit, a percentage of all your referrals will also "upgrade" to join the Pure Leverage opportunity as well. This is what's been happening for me consistently. It's almost like a plant in your garden that you're not even trying to grow, and then it ends up becoming the most fruitful plant of all. That's kind of how I see Pure Leverage... I haven't even been trying to grow this business and it ends up paying me as much money every month as a company that I've been pouring my energy into.

So I believe that by re-directing this energy into Pure Leverage instead of Empower Network, the incomes of everyone using the Plug-In Profit Site to grow their business will grow even faster.

I also think that it is necessary to make and implement this decision right now (today) and not wait because every day that the Plug-In Profit Site is promoting Empower Network, it is sending incoming members into a direction that I no longer believe is the best direction for them and won't be providing support for in the future.

This is not an easy decision for me, and a lot of work must be done to make this change. But I believe it is necessary in order for me to provide the best possible service to our member moving forward, and for me to be in full alignment with the primary income streams of the Plug-In Profit Site system.

Ultimately, this change will make the Plug-In Profit Site easier to sign up for, more affordable for everyone, more integrated as a system, and I believe more profitable for everyone too.

So here's what has been done and what will be done next:

- As of this moment, I have updated the Plug-In Profit Site sales page and sign up page to promote Pure Leverage instead of Empower Network.

- By the end of this weekend, the 30 Days to Success training will be completely updated to reflect this change in the system.

- The "Gold" bonus I offer to provide 1 year of co-op service for free, will be converted to incentivize your Plug-In Profit Site referrals to upgrade their Pure Leverage account to the higher product levels which will help you and them earn more commissions faster.

- The Plug-In Profit Site sales video will be updated very soon to reflect this change as well. I'm working on the new recording and video updates now. I'm not going to wait until the video is updated to implement the overall change because I believe it is very important to make this change NOW for the reasons I stated above, so I'm going to move forward with what is already possible, and then polish it completely in the days and weeks ahead.

A few notes...

I do believe Empower Network is a tremendous business opportunity for the right people and that this company will experience a lot of growth in the years ahead. I just don't believe it is the right fit for the Plug-In Profit Site anymore.

If you have Empower Network promoted on your website and you want to continue promoting it, there is really nothing you need to change. I also want to apologize if you have been planning to use the Plug-In Profit Site to grow your Empower Network business. As always, you must do what you believe is best for your business, and I must do what I believe is best for our members as a whole. There are other great systems out there that can help you grow your Empower Network business, and I'm sure many more will be developed in the future. This is also why I teach the value of building multiple streams of income and building your own brand. Ultimately, you don't want to rely on any one thing or company or system or person or whatever... You must build security through diversity because things can and do change regularly. I'm making this change because I strongly believe it is the best thing to do for Plug-In Profit Site members. You must decide for yourself independently now whether the Plug-In Profit Site is still in alignment with your goals and whether it can help you achieve them faster.

I will be working very hard over the next couple of weeks to implement this transition and add even more value to the Plug-In Profit Site. I encourage you to stay tuned to my email updates and the 30 Days to Success guide which will be receiving a comprehensive update over the next 30 days. In fact, many training days have already been updated with a more easy to follow step-by-step marketing plan - the plan that I follow myself to produce consistent online sales and income.

Also, if you haven't already I strongly encourage you to start learning about Pure Leverage. If you already have a GVO/Host Then Profit account, all you need to do is login to your account and click on the Pure Leverage buttons on the left-hand side of the page inside your account. Also, by the beginning of next week I will have detailed training in place in the first week of the 30 Days to Success guide that will give you and your referrals the most important information and action items to benefit most from the Pure Leverage reseller program as it relates to the Plug-In Profit Site.

Last week I removed Empower Network from the Plug-In Profit Site.
After receiving lots of feedback (both positive and negative) about this change, I am come to the conclusion that I made the wrong decision.
Ultimately, there are many people successfully using the Plug-In Profit Site right now to grow their business in Empower Network and the other 4 programs.
In fact, it is on my recommendation that many people have taken the leap of faith to join Empower Network, and go "All In". I have a responsibility to these people.
Removing Empower Network from PIPS is like pulling the rug out from under them... It was a bad leadership decision on my part.
I may have had some reasonable logic to justify my decision, but I wasn't seeing the full picture.
Today was a struggle for me... I actually woke up feeling sick to my stomach and sore in the head... I was internally conflicted about the decision I made and what I should do about it.
What I have decided is to re-commit myself to Empower Network and the Plug-In Profit Site, and the people and teams who are using PIPS to grow their Empower Network business.
You will see that all of the member's area training and the Plug-In Profit Site sign up page has been updated to restore Empower Network as a core program. In addition, the $50 instant rebate offer which has been working very well has been re-implemented on the PIPS application, which gives your referrals a strong incentive to get started on your PIPS and Empower Network team right away.
Regarding Pure Leverage, it actually works the same way as if it was a core PIPS program. Once someone joins you join GVO/Host Then Profit, they are linked to you for the life of their account in Pure Leverage. If your Host Then Profit referral decides to upgrade and become a Pure Leverage customer and reseller, you will benefit from this if you are a Pure Leverage reseller.
This is how my Pure Leverage income has grown significantly over the last year. I refer a steady stream of new customers to Host Then Profit through PIPS, and some of those people upgrade to Pure Leverage. This will happen for you too once you start referring a steady stream of new members to GVO/Host Then Profit through PIPS so in this way it will benefit you to be a reseller of Pure Leverage.
I thought I could strengthen this process more by focusing on Pure Leverage instead of Empower Network and keep the system more simple, and maybe I could have but this level of simplicity also has it's drawbacks... It would put too many of your income streams in the hands of one company, and the entire Plug-In Profit Site system is based on the premise of building multiple streams of income, and the more independent those streams are, the more secure you will be long-term.
The fact is Empower Network has been a major winner for me, and many others. It has opened up a lot of doors for me in my business, and my life, and it would be a mistake to let it go now. I've made a commitment to this company and the people in PIPS who are building it with me, along with the other core Plug-In Profit Site income streams including GVO, SFI, DCSX, 7 Minute Workout.
The truth of it all is that these are the 5 online business opportunities that allow me to live the life of my dreams. I know that any one of them, or all of them together can do the same for you too, and I will be working hard every day to provide a service for you and your team in the Plug-In Profit Site, that you can be proud of, and that will help you achieve your income goals faster.
I must apologize to you for the confusion, and the mixed signals I've sent with this recent change, and change back... Somehow I got spun in a weird way, and I made a decision that I now believe was the wrong decision to make in the first place. So I'm correcting it now.
