Hello there, Pls can someone help me with this since i can't seem to find any live support on the kompozer site. I have downloaded kompozer on my laptop. But when i run it this error msg comes - "This application has failed to start bcos js3250.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". I have tried re-installing the application but i keep getting the same error msg, also next to the kompozer.exe file i can see this file js3250.dll which the system says it cannot find. Has anyone come across this before, what have i failed to do right or wrong. |

Hi gnosis, Download this zip file: SourceForge.net: KompoZer: Downloading ... this is the last stable version of Kompozer, unzip it and install. Let us know if it worked. Tanny |

Tnx Tanny, but still getting the same error msg. Not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that i'm using an evaluation version of the winzip program although it has been unzipping other items, or if it is my computer....

Sorry I can't help you. I suggest asking your question in the main WF. Maybe someone can help you there. You can also try the portable version: KompoZer Portable & Nvu Portable | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB drives Tanny |

I don't know if it is the same issue or not, but when I downloaded the zip file, I created a folder to extract to. There among all the files is the icon to execute the program. It works fine from inside that folder. Then I dragged that icon out of the folder to have on my desktop. I got the same message you did. However when I put the icon back in the folder with all the other files, it boots the program fine. |
