Squidoo is a platform where you can create lenses (pages). These lenses are not like regular articles because they can be 'rich in media'. You can add pictures and videos, sell products on Amazon and eBay, and engage with your visitors with the Poll and Guestbook modules. There are many more modules you can add too, via the [Add Modules] button at the top of the lens workshop.

If all you want to do is publish your articles on Squidoo, you can. Just remove the modules you don't want using the controls on the right-hand side (under 'Reorder Modules'). However, you must have at least 3 modules for your lens to be 'Featured' (not counting Introduction or Guestbook).

It's often a good idea to split your article in to multiple Text / Write modules*, giving each section it's own title. Alternatively, put 2 or 3 related articles on to the same lens. (*Again, use the [Add Modules] button to add more Text / Write modules to your lens).

You have much to learn my friend

Try not to be too overwhelmed with all the information coming at you. Follow the 30 day plan as much as possible and realize that you aren't going to get results over night.

If your website is SEOd, write an article a day (at least 2 a week) and submit it to EzineArticles using your keywords as hyper links back to your home page. Then find more low competition keywords and add articles to your website often using those keywords.

Once you have articles targeting certain keywords, you can get those articles to move up the search engine rankings by writing more articles and submitting them to Ezines as well and then back linking to your onsite articles. Make sense?

The more you do this, the more traffic you are going to get. Be patient yet persistent with your efforts and the traffic will come.

Best,

Matt
