My GVO Sites Down for a Week
Share on:

Has anyone had such an issue with GVO?

My sites on GVO have been down for about a week. At the start of this episode, I contacted their *emergency* response and received a reply about *a day later* that they were upgrading the server that my sites were on, and the upgrade would be completed within 10-12 hours.

That was about four days ago. My sites are still down (PIPS and other business sites).

As of today, my domains are pointing to their 404 page, which is a capture page for a GVO related opportunity.

I have written to the emergency response two days ago, with no reply, and I've just written again today. We'll see what happens.

Anyone else have such serious issues with GVO?

Some downtime is to be expected. A week of downtime with no response is totally unexpected, shocking and confidence-destroying in GVO and GVO-related products and services.

Since PIPS is built on GVO, this is ruining the entire PIPS experience for me. I'm wondering where to go from here. Advice much appreciated from experienced PIPS Warriors.
