URGENT! Need Fast Help On Potential PIPS Sign Up

I just received this piece of email asking for help signing up to the PIPS program but I don't have the answer. Could somebody please steer me in the proper direction? This person is from Morocco and is apparently trying to join PIPS and was successful with getting into SFI but wants to pay into the Host4Profit and GDI portions of the program and can not due to problems with PayPal and his credit card. Any solutions for me (and him?)

Appreciate the quick response but I looked over the provisions for approval and came across this in their FAQs:

Question: Is the PayPal Plus Credit Card available outside the U.S.?
No. Only U.S. residents with a U.S. PayPal account can apply and be approved for the PayPal Plus Credit Card.

Being a U.S. resident myself it didn't occur to me that this could be an issue, but I have to imagine some resolution is available since PIPS is offered to the international community.

The Plug-In Profit Site is a free service. The only requirement for signing up is having your own domain name and Host4Profit hosting account.

If you don't have this already, a domain name is $15 and Host4Profit hosting account is $24.95.

I know this is a stretch but what if they could open a SolidTrust Pay account and then fund their PayPal account!

I know this requires some hoops but it's an option. And they except sign-ups from Morocco.

I hope maybe we can find an easier solution to all this!

You know, this is crap! People shouldn't have to jump through hoops to sign-up for something, especially if they want to pay for something over the Internet! Heck, before to long we'll just have to punch in our ID code and everything will be electronic! Now that;s scary!

Thank you so very much for the quick response. This is the first person to have visited my PIPS site with any genuine interest in signing up and I just wanted to give them as much information and help as I possibly could. I literally cut and pasted your response into an email, along with some encouraging remarks on my part, so hopefully I will be seeing some positive results soon! Oh, and for those of you reading this, there are some countries that PayPal will not accept accounts from so be aware of this. Fortunately Morocco is one that they do accept
