Before the migration - schedule service disruption: The data migration will begin on July 4, 2009 at 9 PM EDT and end on July 5, 2009 at 5 PM EDT, therefore service will not be available during that time period. Note: During this scheduled data migration, all GetResponse sites will be down and you will not be able to access your account. Your account during service disruption: Please rest assured that no account data will be lost during migration! Your web forms will be working, however all processes related to sign ups will be queued and processed within 24-48 hours. That means that anyone who subscribes or signs up to your campaign will not be added to your contact list for 24-48 hours. If applicable, new subscribers will also be credited to your account within the same time period. Please note that new subscribers will not receive confirmation or thank-you messages immediately, but they will go out automatically after the above time period. You will now have unlimited campaigns, and will be able to send unlimited follow up messages and broadcasts! However, there will be a new maximum of 10 subscribers for all FREE account lists. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to review and reduce your list to a select 10 by July 4th, or it will be automatically reduced during the migration process. The free member changes are pretty nice. I wish they had that when I first started. This means there is no reason to upgrade until you get 10 subscribers.

Hello folks! Are you guys experiencing any problems with the new GetResponse? It seems that it's not working properly on my website, when someone enters his name / e-mail to sign up, a white page comes up and the subscriber is not added to the list. I don't know if they made some changes to the script, if someone knows about anything please post here.. Thanks!! |

There are some problems with the new version that they installed over the weekend. I am sure it will be ironed out shortly. Be sure to read what has already been posted about this as it may answer your questions. (although July 6 was supposed to be the roll out)... |

I am waiting on a few issues. I have just contacted them for a status. Stone is on them also. This is a new one with the predefined values. What a total wreck. The predefined values are as follows: domain_id (this is your domain name with the extension - domain.com) pips_id (this is your PIPS ID) DO NOT do this in the messages - it needs to be done one time in the appropriate menus. That's all I know - I am not going to get hysterical although I am starting to feel that way since Sunday. I have lots of people waiting since Saturday for new sites. Now I can see the helpdesk is going to turn into chaos with all these other issues. All I can do is apologize and hope along with everyone else that they resolve these wrinkles STAT - I am sure they are working on and it will all be working right as soon as possible... I think once they fix the main issues, all the other things will fall into place. Let's hope so... |

Speaking of account cost... I sent an email in to GetResponse support in reference to my account. I asked, since I payed for another year in April would my account be good until April 2010 and would I get to get up-to 5,000 subscribers at my same subscription fee? I think the prices are a little steep if you ask me. I see GetResponse loosing a lot of loyal customers! I guess I'll have to wait and see! |

Good morning everyone! It appears that my opt-in on my site is working Ok now... the problem now is that I can no longer follow my purchased leads campaign, I couldn't find any option on dashboard. I tried to log in to GetSubscribers but it doesn't seem to recognize my login/password. I sent them an e-mail the day before yesterday but didn't get a response yet. I'll wait some more to see if they get in touch... :rolleyes: |
