What you need to do is buy some solo ads to test your lead capture page and get subscribers to your list. To do an ad swap you need to have a list to swap with. With no list you have no chance.

I agree that traffic exchanges are basically garbage traffic. If you are looking for quick traffic I would go with Adswaps, solo ads, and PPC.

Ezine advertising could work for you as well.

traffic exchanges are not a good source for traffic. I would use other avenues. PPC would be a good start.
