If public transport is a necessity that almost limits you to larger cities. Atlanta might be a good choice - public transportation covers the entire city and its suburbs and there is transportation...

Unless you phoned PayPal before a big spike in income and notified them, they would probably freeze your account - not sure about these other payment processors though.

In the UK, they contact the police if you have any suspicious funds lodged in ur account over £5000, apparently. A dodgy work acquaintance told me this, so I don't know if true. ;)

They will send you to a different payment screen that says $29.95. You don't have to pay the full amount and then get refunded. Just be sure to tell them the username of the acct that you paid full...

Each registrar has a function called pushing the domain. The buyer needs to have a free account at the registrar. Then you just push the domain to them. That's all there is to it. Go to your help...
