You can use a formula in excel to split the email addresses up by domain name.

In Column B, use this formula

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND("@",A1))

Assuming Column A has the email address.

You need a list manager.

Also, keep in mind that you will need to be able to do more than just filtering, etc...

When sending CPA offers you are going to need to run MD5 suppression lists...

Do you alleady have a list? Need it b/4 you can use Aweber as far as I know.
Do solo ads and some other paid spots to get a list b/4 you worry about mass marketing.

I use www.sanitymailer.com - really good system, I link it AWS and Mailjet and send out 200k per month, bought lists

I am no expert at mailing servers, but what you will need is to have your DNS settings all correct for mailing: SPF records, DKIM records, rDNS, maybe DMARC
you will probably need more than one IP...

Don't use easysendypro - it is very expensive. use mailwizz
As for smtp relays, also check: mailrelay.com. elastic email, Tearcloud, sendinblue
mailgun and mailrelay are the ones I liked best

With B2C data, scraped data isn't can-spam compliant and you will typically end up with bonuses and spam traps that will cause your accounts to be terminated or IPs blocked / blacklisted quickly.

Actually, they are one of the worst and will cancel your account within minutes of your mailing going out and returning high bounce rates. Don't know why you would tell someone that.
