This keeps happening alot: I'm unable to play certain videos in my browser, and I get the message "Java must be enabled and Flash needs to be installed" Well I've had both for a long time, no problem. So I figure, what the heck, I'll just install the Flash plugin again. After installing it, when I go to complete the install I get the message "No Plugins were installed" What in the world? Why would it come and go like that? I've even been getting the same thing on my brand new laptop. Anybody have a clue as to what's going on? Steve Shaw p.s. Can anybody recommend a good forum to go to for computer problems like this? Besides this one of course. |

Possibly because you've already got that version installed? Take a look in add/remove programs. |

Roger, Thank you, that was it. I knew I already had it installed, but I didn't think that by uninstalling it and reinstalling it, that that would solve the problem. But presto chango, it did. Thanks again, Steve Shaw |
