So I have been through every php file I have both in the Wordpress editor and host file manager and have done everything I can do to change the meta robots to follow all. But when you look at the view source from the browser, there is my follow all meta and then a little farther down hidden in the rel links is another meta robots with nofollow. Don't understand how this can happen unless there is some sort of code that is placing it there but is invisible to me when I edit. Am I going crazy or what? About to dump the whole thing and look for another blog platform. Thanks Matt |

Hi Matt! The "nofollow" tag might be coming from a default setting from one of the plugins that you install. Check the settings of the plugins as well. If you can post the link to your blog here, we might be able to see where it is coming from. |

Chris, I just found that. Thank you. Sometimes the obvious is too simple ![]() Still don't know why they would make the "private" button the default. I would think that the number of bloggers who do want to be followed outnumber those that do not. Thank you very much. Matt |
