How do RSS feeds work?

I'm trying to configure the RSS widget in my WP blog, but I don't know what to enter in the RSS Feed Url field.

Also I want to configure my Twitterfeed but again I need to know what my WP blog RSS feed url is.

If your WP blog's URL is http://www.myblog.com/ then its feed URL is http://www.myblog.com/feed/.

I tried what you said but it does not work.

RSS Error: A feed could not be found at http://unlocksecretstowealth.com/blog/feed/

my url is Unlock Secrets To Wealth

Look at the very bottom of the page. It has the RSS link on it for entries (that's what you want) and also for comments.
