Test Blog Headline

How can I test a blog headline for clicks on a "take action now" button. In other words how can I connect the headline to the button? Are there any scripts/plug ins out there that you use for a WP blog?

I am sorry i really did not get clearly what you are asking...

Are you saying how you can create Take Action Now button which has link so it
is clickable?

Or you are saying how you can split test different headlines, and record the
resulting Clicks (also known as Conversions)....?
