Default Is there a script to veryify Getresponse subscriber?

Hello everyone,

I've seen something like this before, a few places I think... but the one place I can remember is on pretty much every free MaxBlogPress plugin.

Whenever you download one of their free plugins, you basically get on their mailing list, THEN, before they let you use the plugin, you have to enter your email address and they somehow verify that you are on their list (I'm not sure if they use aWeber, getresponse, or their own).

My question is, is there some kind of script out there, or is it even possible with GetResponse to have a page verify is someone is on your list before you let them "move forward" on your site? Sort of like a protected area reserved only for those who ARE actually subscribed to your list?

If there is, that would be great.

Thanks for any help in advance!
