Need advice on survey rewards

I want to add a function to my site but this is over my head. I want to hire someone to do this but I don't know where or what I should ask.

What I want to have is an option for my users to fill out surveys and after they're done they will get reward points.

I need to target different ads to different Countries and list multiple surveys for each supported country. After completing one survey it will proceed on to the next until they have completed all for their Country. If their Country is not supported then they will not be able to fill out any surveys.

Any information or advice on how I can get this done would be great. Also a ruff estimate of what this would cost would be great also.

It sounds like you have an existing business model to flesh out into a functional spec and a tech spec. If you can dream it, it can be coded, but you're gonna have to spill more beans if you want an answer here on the forum.

Start by explaining the basic model, sans geo-targeting, to get a basic idea of what it would take to develop the core process. Then expand that dialog with a developer to produce a func and tech spec for the whole thing. I would also separate the func/tech spec deliverables from the development deliverable, so you can always source the project out to whoever you want.

More background on you and your project will also attract more qualified developer leads to help you roll out your project.

Most if it sounds fairly straight forward as far as the flow. It's all just data manipulation. Of course you would want a back end to deal with everything.

Vo is correct, more information would help.
What are they going to do with these points? Most likely you will want to be able to modify them? Stats on the questions answered may be needed, etc..
How in depth do you want to go?

With these points I'm going to let them purchase intangible items in a game. We have a reward system already coded I just want to add the surveys as a way to earn points.

The surveys would come from multiple advertising agencies. I had a previous web dev work on something similar to this and he was able to get it working. The advertising agencies that we used(motive interactive) had a back end that would fire after someone completed the survey(I think this is what he explained to me).

What I want is just something that will add +1 to the field donorpoints in our account table after they complete a survey on our site and then move on to the next survey.

Geo-targeting is not a must if its lots of work because a majority of our users are from USA.

Sounds like you already know what needs to be done, you just need to go find a programmer to code it for you. Who coded your rewards system to date? Why not have them add it on? They would know the system best.
