Need Help with JW player and Wordpress

Can anyone offer me a simple install instructions on how to install the jw player into wordpress?

I am using hostgator with fantisco.

my videos are .mov so the flash player plugin wont work since they only allow mp4 and flv.

I have already downloaded the newest jw player with viral plugin.

I will also be hosting my vids on my hostgator account. I just need a real simple how to and where to put the files/folders etc.

I have already read over their whole site and forum and it is really greek to me.

I didnt figure it out. But I just ended up converting my .mov to mp4 using isquint for mac. Then I used the wp plugin flash player to put on my wp site.

Not sure if it would play faster or better if I went the other route? I am hosting the videos on my hostgator account. The first video is only 13mb and loads decent but the salespage video is 25mb and loads kinda slow.

I am not sure if it would be better to use viddler, amazon s3, jw player, or keep it the way it is? Any ideas?
