Is there an easy way or is their a free cloaking tool that can cloak affiliate links?

If you use Wordpress for your affiliate site - get AFLinker affiliate link cloaker plugin. For wordpress you can get a free version on pretty link (go to add Plugin and search), the paid has more features of course. Both Track real time.

personally i use a redirect file. i'll create a file in the root folder of my website ie (download-product.php) and put in the contents of Code: <?
header("Location: <affiliate link goes here>");
?> What's good about this method - is the file will show up in your website log files (like webalizer or awstats) so you can see how many clicks you have had as well. |

This will cloak your link or use it to shorten links and it will also track the number of clicks on the links that you create with it. It runs on your webserver so there is an installation.
