How to Track Customer Loyalty

I need some kind of automated system to track customer loyalty for my website. Customers will get points every time they do something like send a testimonial, refer a friend, etc. The points can then be put toward downloading reports, ebooks, audios, etc. Is there some kind of script/program that you know of that can track this kind of thing for me?

You've to find some coder to mix customer support app like trelix desk with customer satisfaction survey. I think you should consider to talk about this idea with programmer.It is possible to code application like this.

ideally you keep a DB table and keep records of the user and update it whenever a user does an action. It is possible and if you need help to implement it let me know
