How do you insert html into a Warrior Post?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I've searched all over the forum and I'm struggling to work out how to put html code into a Warrior post.

I'm looking at creating a WSO and would like to include some videos etc.

I've got a message at the bottom of my page saying "html off" but not sure how to change it.

Again I'm not really a techie so sorry if this is a daft question.

Hope someone can help!

Posting Rules:
BB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is On
HTML code is Off
Trackbacks are Off
Pingbacks are Off
Refbacks are Off

So you cannot use HTML unforunately but you can use BBCODE for images and such.
