Hi there..

Anyone uses Os Ticket for their support helpdesk?

Any problems with installations or bugs etc?

Can the interface be customized to use my own website header?

I am using it on a clients site, and it works pretty well. It took a little time to get email piping to work properly, but not too long.

Yes, you can customize the site but you need a working knowledge of PHP and CSS.

We have not tested it under load yet, so I don't know how it holds up with 100 or more requests a day, which is an estimated high ticket amount for my client's site. Hopefully we don't have that many tickets in one day.
