Hi I've just set up a Christmas blog in blogger (Christmas Worldwide) the idea behind it is to direct readers to my main Christmas blog Christmas Worldwide, a wordpress blog. I'd trying to figure out how I can have my Blogger's homepage just display snippets of the posts I'm making ie readers would have to click to read the rest of the post. At present I'm using Bloggers own 'Minima' template, and I'm thinking about 50 words maximum of an introduction. |

As far as I know, there's no button to click inside Blogger to enable this automatically. You'll have to do a little customization. Try Googling for "blogger read more" or "blogger post summaries"; there are a lot of different hacks out there that allow you to do this, but it will require a some diving into the code. |

Thanks for the response trumpetblast. Just thinking to myself why go to all that bother, why not give my reader a snipper of what I have to say and then direct them by a Please Click HERE link to the main blog - the idea is to get them there anyway! Kevin |
