How to make your own captcha server to hire workers?

I only found two at the moment,

SolveMyCAPTCHA.com - Solve the CAPTCHAs with your OWN Data-Entry Team Remotely | Integrated with World's Well-Known Bots.

but their software costs $500+

anyone knows free or cheaper ways to get similar programs?

If you have the money for it, might be worthwhile to post a project on elance and see what prices are quoted to you. You can certainly have your own program coded for your private use that would save you money in the long run. Whether it's worth it depends on whether you have the capital to invest in such a system right now.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could get one made custom for less than that. Not really knowledgeable about the prices people charge for programming, but it doesn't seem like it would be relatively all that complex.
