www problem, really sad, help me get to out this problem

I am really sad, actually I am applying ebay associate program, but something wrong during applying, my website does not work as properly
Like this, I have domain name

http://example.com

but when I use

http://www.example.com

It will redirected to other webhosting, 000webhost, before this I use 000webhost, and today switch to namecheap
I have no idea what happen, I have try to fix it for today but nothing happen , I cannot verified domain name because cannot use www, but without www is okay , I really worries if I Ebay reject me

You should contact whoever switched hosts for you, sounds like something went wrong there.

this seems to be a problem with the mx records, this is on your domain hosting site. The MX records point the domain name (Example Web Page) to the Website hosting space.

Looks like examle.com is pointing to the hosting space, but examle.com isnt.

Generally there is a helpdesk wherever you host your website. Login to your control panel, raise a support ticket and tell them about the problem.

They will definitely fix it.
