I need a twitter application developed.

I should be able to post messages from my twitter account to my other twitter accounts with a random time difference.

if that is difficult, you can provide a field where I can enter the message and from there the message can be posted...

I need this done ASAP

Please note that the budget assigned to this project is not very high... please quote reasonably.

Have you tried socialoomph.com? Seems this would be what you want to do..

Also you might want to try twuffer.com it allows you to schedule tweets. I've seen a bunch of these types of sites you could also search Google for one that does exactly what your looking for.

You could try AutoTweeter - Send scheduled automatic tweets to twitter. It has worked well for me. There is a free version, and a paid for version.

I definatly would use the paid version as it's pretty good, plus the free one only allows 10 per run, so you have to stop and start the program again.

Socialoomph is nice too :]

If you are not happy with what is already out there, then I have the feeling that you might be looking for this script not only for the features, but for the link it shows up with on Twitter as the source. That said, if you are still interested, please let me know and I can quickly know one up for you quickly. One thing though, you must have a server that is ready to run cron jobs.
