Tag cloud not linking to posts?

I added a tag cloud to my site today, and noticed that the tags do not link to posts.

When I look at the posts in wp admin, they all have tags.
When I hover over each tag in the cloud, it says, "mysite.com/tag/whatever" so it all looks good.

But when I click on a tag in the cloud, it takes me to a page that says, "Posts tagged with "my tag"" but there are no posts there.

Also, when I hover over each tag in the cloud, I see the small pop-up that says, "25 topics" for example. All the tags in the cloud have topics associated with them

I notice also if I add an archive in the widgets, no posts show up there either.

I'm using the Thesis theme.

Anyone have any ideas why the tags don't link to my posts?

Figured it out -- just a setting within Thesis.
