Private Labelled Shopping Cart?

Does anyone here know of a shopping cart application that can be private labelled and resold as a different brand? It should be easy to use, have solid reporting, integrate with Quickbooks and allow design modification without HTML skills.

Nothing that I know of.

You could try an opensource shopping cart but you'd have to release the code along with it. You could still charge for the support though.

You can relabel and customise oscommerce but it's open source so you'll need to abide by the license.

I googled "Private Label Shopping Cart" and found a few, but no one that I have heard about before (and a couple kinda had scary websites... one has a 2005 copyright, wants $1200+ for 5 copies, and has all stock photos.) =P

Some are per unit, some are monthly fees.

Inspire looked interesting.

I am personal using a modifed OSCommerce on one site, but going to migrate it to a modifed ZEN Cart... but not really private labeling it.

Have any of you used Interspire Shopping Cart before? What did you think?
