Elite Auto Responder Experience? Need Help with php.ini file for setup.

Hi, Any warriors here familiar with Elite Autoresponder? I have a client who has an issue with the software with regards to a php.ini file, and I think it is a simple fix if I could find someone who would be willing to work with me via skype and tell me what settings to change in the php.ini file.

The client has put a ticket in with Elite Autoresponder, but it's been 4 days already with no answer and their support site says it is down... so not a good sign in terms of their service. I would be willing to pay for the help if I can get someone to walk me thru how to update the php.in file as that is the only issue that reported as being problematic in terms of the install.

The message I am getting is: Dynamic Loading is disabled - FAILED You will need to add ionCube loaders to the php.ini file."
