FYI - here is some JS code to use:
Code the perfect Exit Popup (exit console)

Also - you might want to investigate using lightbox or thickbox for popups... they are cool and aren't usually blocked.

Hello Jakehyten,
I just did a quick search and found plenty of free answers about how to create exit popups. I guess the answer depends on if you want to use Javascript, or iframes, or cookies, or some other method to accomplish the same task.
