Post how to make ads like on askmen.com

Hello.
I would like to know how to make ads like on askmen site, like here:

AskMen.com - Watches

On this web-site each 10th click you get redirected to this page and you then get redirected back to the original page after you have clicked on the ad or pressed the "skip to original content" button.

How can I do it?

Thank you.

I don't know about AskMen... but here's my guess ...

They check for a cookie from your computer. If that's not available, they'll redirect you to the ad... the ad page will of course send you that cookie that you initially don't have. Now, the second time you visit that page, you have that cookie and this time you won't be redirected ...

Here's something similar I did ...

I didn't use redirection, but instead a layered <DIV> ...
