Sign-up form

Hi Warriors,
I'm working on the website for my soon-to-be completed ebook, and am wanting a form where visitors can enter their name and email address to sign up for a notification email when the book is complete.

Are there any scripts I can download to do this for me? Or will I need to find someone to write it for me?

Matt,

Why don't you use a mailing list solution such as Aweber or Getresponse and use single opt in?
