PHP Profit

I've recently finished an eBook called PHP Profit which is basically about how to make money with PHP. It covers some of the different methods that can be used to earn money from PHP and how to use them.

I intend to either sell this eBook for a low price or offer it behind a CPALead Premium Content gateway in order to make some cash from it, but before I do this I wanted to get some feedback and possible suggestions on it and see what people think.

Do you have the book available in a format other than Word 2007? I don't have it installed on my computer and would rather avoid installing the converter.
