ClickBank, Amember 3.2.3, recurring billing, and $1 trial

Hi warriors, poets and coders,

Thought y'all might have an insight into this one: is it possible to setup ClickBank, Amember 3.2.3, recurring billing, and $1 trial? I've read conflicting information as to whether this is possible or not.

I want to setup a $1, 3 day trial, then $77 per month thereafter. Can anyone tell me the correct settings, or point me in that direction? Also nice to have options for quarterly ($147) and annual ($447) payment amounts, but setting up the monthly is priority.

(I did originally use PayPal, but unfortunately their recurring billing Credit Card only payments aren't in my region as of yet. ClickBank has some downsides, but some positives as well.)

Appreciate any thoughts, comments and suggestions about any aspect of the setup.

Thanks,
Alastair.

If I recall correctly ClickBank does NOT let you do a $1 trial for most users. If you are special they may let you do it but standard users have to charge at least $4.95 for the initial trial.

Technically speaking the rest should be possible. Within one ClickBank account you could have different products (actually all the same in your case) with the different price points you want to charge and have different buttons throughout your sales pages.

I haven't worked with Amember myself yet but I plan on integrating Amember or a similar membership plugin with ClickBank, Aweber, & S3 Flowshield shortly to handle a new website of mine.

CoMpUtErGoD20XX is correct, the trial price must be 4.95.

You'll need to create a new product for each price point.

So all those emails I get, offering trial systems, which charge $1.00 and $3.00, are not possible through Clickbank? If this is so, then how come, when I click on them, I get sent to a ClickBank page? I really can't believe that all those senders are that special; especially for ClickBank.
