translating a system into a program [and inter-program/website integration]
Hi, as an aspiring IMer without knowledge in programming or web development, i struggle in creating "value that i could sell" because the paradigm in what I can do with the internet and computers is limited. 
I am not discouraged because i know that i have what it takes tobe successful in this industry, but the limited knowledge in programming and web development keeps that dream going on a very slow pace.
Anyway, I have thought of a system which i think could be executed by simple programming, i have a hunch that this sequence is what majority of the websites offering services actually are doing but i cant comprehend how they actually do it.
1. Create a service with a certain number of slots available 10/10
2. Create a database (USING WORDPRESS?? sorry i dunno if this would work)
3. get an autoresponder and integrate with the database (MAILCHIMP)
4. get paypal and integrate with the autoresponder and database
5. launch the website with all of the above integrated into it
so...
1. When a customer want to employ my services, he signs up on the website.
2. His information will then get stored in the database, and he is prompted to the payment link (PAYPAL)
3. His payment processed by paypal
4. He automatically gets "ACTIVE" 1 slot so the total slots available gets 9/10
5. after before the end of a month the autoresponder will prompt him for next months payment (or i could have them sign up using continuos paypal deduction)
6. On the event that he cancels his subscription, the database will flag him as "inactive" and opens the slot that he was in. (and e-mails the waiting list that there is a slot available)
7. When a prospect tries to join but the all the slots are taken, he will be prompted by the responder that "sorry we are currently full at the moment" , flagging his account in the database as "in queue"
I think i got a system here, but i dunno if this would work (the integration of all these independent systems into a single automatic online processing system be done?)
(Please do ridicule the logic of the system yet, i didnt finish the complete workchart yet)
I hope that you could help me. if this could work or not, and how to start it by myself
