I need to convert a PDF file

Hey guys I need to convert a PDF to either MDI or TIFF format. I need to convert it so that I can use Microsoft image scanner and it only reads TIFF or MDI formats. I have found several that you have to pay for. I also have downloaded a couple that offer a trial versions but none of them work. They either convert one page (I need about 200 pages converted) or they realy do not have a free trial. Does anyone have a free converter that they actually use?

The freeware PDF-Xchange Viewer can export all pdf pages to a multi-page TIFF file.

It worked but it left a huge watermark that doesn't help.

If you have Photoshop you can convert it to any image format.

Now I use PDF-XChange Viewer too and love it. I downloaded it from its new web-address). I have Free version and can convert pdf-files to many grafic format (tiff, png, bmp, jpeg, ...). It's very easy and I can make multi-pages tiff or separated single pages (without LZW).

I always use Photoshop to do this, but i'll try PDF-Xchange. Photoshop is a bit heavy.
