I'm trying to prepare my software for sale but not sure what files to put in the zip file or how to package them. The file I thought I needed to protect in ExeShield is the Windows Installer Package (you know the one which depicts a computer, box and CD), which "turns into" the program when you double-click and install it. However, when I click browse in ExeShield to select the file, I can only select the already-installed software program. I went on CNET to look at how software downloads from there and there is only 1 file that you download "Type of file: Application". On my program, it says "Type of file: Windows Installer Package". Any ideas what I need to do? |
