Default XSP folder - is that an XSite Pro file?

I am wondering what the origin or application is that uses an XSP folder.

I googled XSP and found references to XSite Pro but was wondering if that is the only application or is it a "common file type"?

I do not work with XSite Pro. Can these folders be ftp 'd to a host?
Do I need to do anything to make them operational in the web site?

I myself use simple ftp and have not run into this file. Another has asked me to "do" his files to his web page and I thought I would seek help first!

Perhaps is won't be a problem at all...

Thanks for your help!

Terry
