Default Need help from Web Dev that has worked with Nanacast API

I am in dire desperate need for a web developer that has experience working with Nanacast API and hooking it up to a non-wordpress site (kohana framework).

My web developer has been trying to get this to work for a week and he is ready to throw in the towel. When someone registers on the site Nanacast is picking it up and the outgoing API is logging that the information is being sent back to the site but the site never receives it.

Nanacast documentation is next to worthless and support is pretty much sending us canned responses that make no sense.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Jim,

The issue is your "web developer". I have reviewed your ticket and most of your issues have to do with trying to use the method GET with POST variables. He is demonstrating a significant lack of understanding of basic programming principles which is why he has not been able to complete the job for you.

Here is the answer clarifying the mistakes that Jim's "web developer" was making:

1. He had no GET variables in his url
2. He did not use a separate incoming file for the capture of the API call.
3. He was using variable names that were not in the documentation we provide.

Unfortunately it is easy for people to be mislead by "web developers" who struggle with basic programming principles. Any qualified programmer with basic standards based skills will be able to get the job done for you. In this case the issue is not "canned answers" nor is it with our documentation.
