I am looking for someone to join my team. By joining my team, I mean an actual equity position. One of my sites has gotten some EXTREME interest in the world of business networking. We are building some strong momentum and are heading down below 60,000 on Alexa as we speak and are rapidly making progress. I am currently paying someone for help for the software (plugins and upgrades and such) but the arms length relationship is less than perfect. I am trying to find someone who not only has experience with these types of sites, but is looking for a profit producing project that could turn into an incredible equity position down the road if we get to the point of selling the site (this is a WHEN, not an if)

Please, let me know of anybody you might be able to recommend...again, the combination of knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit is key. I will let folks know some of what we have lined up, but I am not going to divulge EVERYTHING that we have cooking unless we make you a part of the team.
