Sorry to ask, but what exactly are you searching for? What exactly do you need?

I recommend to search for developers on platforms that are made for hiring developers. I don't think you will find a lot of good developers around here.

There are plenty of good developers around here, but this isn't the proper section to place a job request.

This is.

Or, you can check out the Warriors For Hire section.

Another place to find coders is at dedicated freelance sites like Guru.com, Elance, etc.

I suggest to search for JS devs from the Warriors For Hire section or from this list of sites Hiring: Where can I hire a Java developer? - Quora that hire people from any location around the world. There are those who are contract-based and full time workers who are dedicated and willing to go through any tough times the business may encounter.

Hi,

I agree with that other user, you won't find many developers here. Majority of IM'ers just hire externally to do their dirty coding work 'cause they're lazy.

Vick91 will write a php web application or script for $5, only on fiverr.com

That's not totally true, there's a ton of good developers here too. The problem is, that like me, many of us have full time projects that keep us busy, so it can take some time to hire someone really worth their salt.
