Wordpress Directory and Affiliate program Plugins
 

I was wondering if there were any good directory and affiliate program plugins out there.

For directory, i found a neat plugin for sale - Directory Script - Create Directory Websites in Minutes!

I have not found something for a simple affiliate program. What i am looking to do is build a directory where affiliates can promote whats listed in there.

First, you asked for any good plugins, but your example link (just so ya know) is not a plugin, it's a theme.
Directorypress is popular, also Appthemes has a theme and their coding is very good and clean.
For an affiliate plugin, tipsandtricks-hq.com has a great affiliate plugin.
