Redirecting from the WP Dashboard is needed...

Does anyone know where I can get information for customizing the WP-Login.php file or
a good plugin that will do the same.

I found one but it conflicts with a plugin I have and need so any info would be AWESOME.

My goal is to force the user to the Home page of the Blog after Login and not go to the
Dashboard.

The Plugin that I want compatibility to is AccessQontrol. It is awesome but being to
redirect the logged in user is not possible.

I found the answer I needed there was a plugin that did the job
