Tracer - tcr1.tynt.com Just installed it on our website to test but would like to hear feedback from fellow Warriors. Tracer basically allows you to check who has copied content from your website and shows you through an online dashboard which site it is and where on the site it appears. When someone copies and pastes your content Tracer also adds a link back to your site. You basically add one line of JavaScript before the body of your code ends. Anyone else tried Tracer? Does it work well? |

I've never heard of it but kind of sounds like overkill to me. I think that's about what copyscape does, with the exception of the copy-paste thing maybe. If you haven't already you might check out copyscape to see how it compares.

Never tried it either, and I've been developing sites for a long time. The industry standard is Copyscape and you might get the same result by putting their Copyscape content protected banner put in your site.
