Including standard snippets in Wordpress posts with unique insertions...

Okay, I thought maybe the "inline posts" plugin would do it, but that doesn't quite get me what I need and I guess I don't know what I am looking for...

Here is what I want... I have a standard bit of text/html I need included on multiple pages... that is easy enough with "inline", but the problem is I need certain bits to be unique to each post. So, I want to be able to change the "text template", so to speak, and have it update to all posts, but insert the unique parts on the fly.

Example:

UNIQUE POST

Post text

TEXT TEMPLATE PULLED FROM (?)

Hello, this is a standard html/text template updated in one place, but displayed on many posts. Here is...

{unique insertion 1}

If you like this post then you may like this saying:

{unique insertion 2}

Want to check out the video related to this post?

{unique insertion 3}

END TEXT TEMPLATE
