Help Required Paypal and JVZoo

Hi

Not sure if anyone would be able to help me here... but not getting any repsonce from JVZoo support ....

so here goes ....

I have just put a product up in JV zoo and went to test it and this is what I got .. see image



any thoughts people ...

    Check all your setting including paypal integration with JVZoo. Also send them a ticket ASAP as it takes a long time for a response. Mike

    Here are some things to troubleshoot:

    1. Make sure your PayPal account is a business account. It's free to upgrade from personal.

    2. Are you paying with your own PayPal account? You cannot make a test purchase where you are the payer and the recipient.

    What is your ticket number? Our support is usually Johnny on the spot. I will make sure it is answered right away.

      Thanks Yes paypal is business account and I got a friend to test ticket number NDY-280-33557
