Can anyone help , I want to import a list of subscribers into get responce but I cannot do it through my word saved process, I need to alter it in someway for get responce to accept it any ideas?, thanks Fred

    Fred, if you check with GR they will tell you what format they accept importation in. Usually it'll be via a comma separated value file (.csv) but it has to follow the rules they set out. Usually Excel is what you need. You have to copy them from your word doc and paste them into your excel sheet, make sure the format is correct e.g. they might need column titles in a certain format like "email" not "e-mail" or "firstname" instead of "name".

    If you don't know what a csv is or don't have excel you might need more personal help or to give your document to someone to format for you in the way that GR wants.

    First, I'd start by asking Get Response how to do it. Here's a video from them explaining exactly how to do it.
